WCS The Dance
The West coast swing dance has become very popular in recent years due to its versatile nature. It is different from other forms of swing dance, as it can be danced to a variety of music styles, such as blues, funk, hip hop and ballroom.
The West coast swing dance comprises a variety of moves. It is composed of both basic and advanced steps, allowing dancers of all levels to enjoy the dance. Basic steps are the foundation of the dance; they include side-by-side, right and left whip, pass-through and push break.
Weekly Famous-Friday Dance
We call our Dance “FAMOUS FRIDAY,” where we gather like-minded West Coast Swing Dancers for late-night dancing Every Friday night in Las Vegas. All levels of dancers are welcome, including those new to the Dance. Our rotating list of DJ’s plays various music, so there’s something for everyone. We provide an inviting environment where dancers can connect and express themselves through dance.

We want everyone to enjoy our Dance, so we offer a Basic Intro class from 7:00-7:45 pm. This class is a Four-Week Progressive Basic Intro each Friday at our Dance. All levels are welcome, and you don’t need a partner. Each week, we build on what you have learned in the week before. We rotate partners so that you can learn from our more experienced dancers.

Monthly WCS Workshop
We also provide a monthly WCS Workshop where we bring into town WCS Dance Teachers from all around the National WCS Community to teach our local dancers the latest in dance techniques, concepts, and moves that are trending today in the WCS national community and event circuit. All you will need is a fundamental concept of WCS.

The After Party
The After Party starts right after the dance cleans up. We all get together at a pre-announce location for food, fun, and some more dancing once we move a table or two. We designate a DJ and send them to fill the jukebox with West Coast Music. Not only that, but we even have our host location volunteer to have extra staff on hand to take our orders. All this makes for an excellent time to catch up on everyone’s dance progress.
Eat, Drink, and Dance
After everyone has a bit to eat and the dishes get cleared away, the real fun begins. The drinks come out, the music gets turned up, and everyone starts dancing. The night goes on and on, and before you know it, it’s well into the early hours of the morning. But nobody wants the party to end, so it just keeps going.

Are you looking for a fun place to go and meet new people? Why not try our Social Night? It’s a great way to stay active, have fun, and meet new friends. And best of all, it’s free! All you need is a good appetite, dance shoes, and a readiness to visit with others and dance. We will have our designated DJ hit the jukebox with some of our favorite west coast swing songs!

We call it “Socials Nights Out” This is where we gather like-minded West Coast Swing Dancers for late-night dancing in local venues around Las Vegas. We meet up at a local location at 7:00 pm for food, conversation, and dancing. It’s a great way to meet other dancers and have a good time to visit.
Dancing is one of our favorite things to do, especially when there’s music playing. We love to show off our skills anywhere we go, and it’s a great way to start a conversation. When we’re out in the wild, dancing is one of the best ways to enjoy the moment and have some fun.
