We created this Las Vegas dance calendar to support the West Coast Swing community. Additionally, it helps dance hosts attract enthusiastic dancers to their venues. As a result, dancers find great places to dance, and hosts enjoy lively, successful events. Overall, this approach creates a true win-win for the entire community.

More About Our West Coast Swing Vegas Calendar
First, we thank all venue owners, directors, and hosts for sharing their information. However, please note that this calendar does not update automatically. Instead, it relies on venue owners, directors, and hosts to send regular updates. Therefore, we ask venues to confirm dates and changes at least once each month. Meanwhile, we provide this website free of charge to the dance community.If you value this service, we gladly welcome donations to offset hosting and maintenance costs. For convenience, you can visit our donation page by clicking the provided link.
Share Your Favorite Dance Spots
To begin, we feature major dance venues on our dedicated Feature Pages. In addition, we provide “Where to Dance” and “Where to Learn” pages for easy browsing. Moreover, these pages include links to the calendar when available. Bars, restaurants, and dance halls appear on the “WCS Dance Underground” page. However, if we missed a venue in the Las Vegas area, we want to hear from you. Therefore, please contact us through our contact page to share venue details. Before submitting, we encourage you to review the submission guidelines.
Submission Guidelines
To submit to the “Where to Dance WCS” page, venues must focus on West Coast Swing music. Specifically, these venues primarily exist to support social dancing.
- To submit a venue to the “Where to Dance WCS” page: This page features venues that play West Coast Swing music suitable for dancing. The main focus of these venues is to provide music specifically for dancing.
- To submit to the “Dance Underground” page, venues must offer food or drinks with dancing. Although food service is primary, these venues also provide music and a dance floor.
Finally, submit all venues through the Contact Page. Please include “Submission Request” in the subject line and note the appropriate page.
Please Note: “Dance Underground” venues are not listed on the WCSV Calendar.
